Your Birth. Your Baby. Your Journey.

Every birth story is different, and there is no one right way to become a parent. I’m here to meet you where you are and listen to what matters most to you. I want to help you feel prepared and confident as you welcome your baby.

Whether you’re preparing for birth or settling into life with a newborn, you deserve to feel cared for, heard, and never alone. My goal is to make this season feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more supported.

Supportive Partner Session

$250

This private, hands-on session is designed specifically for dads and birth partners who want to feel confident, prepared, and genuinely useful during labor and those first days with baby. We’ll practice comfort measures, labor positions, hands-on support techniques, and communication strategies so he knows how to support you when you need it most.

We’ll also spend time preparing him for those first days at home, with practical newborn skills like holding, swaddling, soothing, diapering, and learning how to feel more comfortable caring for your new baby.

Whether this is your first baby or he simply wants to feel more prepared, this session gives him the tools and confidence to step into his role with intention. You’ll leave with practical skills you can practice together and the reassurance that you’re heading into birth as a team.
